Regina regularly takes part in local “Ask-a-Lawyer” telephone banks, has served as media spokesperson for South Carolina Bar’s pro bono programs and taught classes for the S.C. Bar. She coaches students for high school mock trial competitions, has served as a scoring judge at regional competitions, and was pleased to see one of her students receive the Most Effective Attorney Award.

Regina has volunteered to speak before local civic groups, at middle school and high school Career Days, and at her alma mater Coastal Carolina University’s Professional Symposium.

She has appeared as a guest on Legal Access, a locally televised legal question-and-answer forum, and was a guest commentator in a WMBF News feature on “Cheaters” and the legal ramifications of infidelity and divorce. As a contributing writer, she also informs the community about general legal issues through articles in Parent News and South Carolina Woman magazines.

Indeed, Regina Ward gives back to the Conway / Myrtle Beach community because it is her community. She graduated from North Myrtle Beach High School (1982) and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina-Coastal Carolina University in Conway. After earning her Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan (2005), she returned to start her law career and, eventually, the Law Firm of Regina B. Ward, LLC in downtown Conway, South Carolina.
